Hey Rhi 👋 How are you?
I don’t know if you’ve seen the movie Sinners before, but if you have, it got me thinking about the Miya twins. I’m not trying to compare the movie to them, but it sparked a little idea. You see, in the movie you have the twins, Smoke and Stack, and Stack eventually gets bitten and turns into a vampire. He then tries to convince Smoke to become one too, but Smoke refuses.
It made me wonder about the Miyas. If Osamu were turned—into whatever supernatural creature you prefer—I have no doubt that he wouldn’t have to plead his case for Atsumu to join him. Especially because I remember you once answered a question for Scar Tissue about whether Osamu would want to become a werewolf, not for the supernatural abilities, but simply to stay with his twin.
I don’t know—I just thought it was something fun to think about. 😭😪
As you probably tell, the Miya twins (Rhi’s version) are always on my mind 😂😂😂😂
Have a good day!
i love a good horror movie, and sinners was excellent!
but tbh it's less one of them pleading their case and more a 'better to ask forgiveness than permission' kinda situation. part of that's making the unilateral decision for the both of them, but it's also about culpability.
they'd both rather the other hated them for making them into a monster than years later coming to regret the decision when/if it begins to take a toll.
