Something important to remind myself
Remember that your anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other health issues don’t define you. Also remind yourself to forgive and forget you. Lately, I’ve been cringing about things I did or said in the past that weren’t that embarrassing; but fully understanding NOW that it was anxiety and not me, its frustrating. On the other hand looking at what life has thrown or given me in the last five years alone helps me realize that I’m on the right path to being who I’m suppose to be, to be easier on myself, finally (with next level growing pains) certain people will come and go in your life. Those that stay are those that matter in the end.
You will know who these people are. You will see miles and miles ahead of you when certain relationships and friendships start to fall apart, crash and burn. Some of these you will learn and grow from. Not all relationships from your childhood or adolescences will last. You need to remind yourself that this is okay. The ones you never expected to last this long will make it to the finish line, the ones you thought will last forever take a turn you never expected and leaves you with a choice. People will change is ways you never saw coming.
Being in your 20s also exposes the harsh truth that sometimes people grow out of each other. As much as it can hurt on either end; it’s okay. Part of life is accepting this. That being less hard on yourself also leads to saying no to your anxiety. Growing up, and wanting to show people that you’re growing up and changing to. We never stop growing and finding new things out about ourselves and that’s what makes us all so interesting. It helps you open up to respecting your intuition. It all seems like life is moving smoothly through a blender with rusty plaids you’re trying to blend a shirt with a baseball and some butter. But eventually it will all work out.
what are you doing with your life
YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE
I will never be happy with my transmog.
Today I postponed all the things I've "got to do" in order to DO all the university assignments that are pending in my TO DO list. So, I woke up early, tide up my room and start my day with joy and happiness even though the coming spring breeze and rain; and here the tragedy started!! I have to watch 5 episodes of a telenovela, and I hated it; but well, looking the bright side it's not reading anatomy or the civil code. I have to said, I've underestimated the homework I've got to do, I mean I love my career, and even though sometimes I think they teach me useless things, when I think backwards from where I'm now, I realise that they are more useful that what I thought; but in this time notwithstanding I know it's useful and it'll help me with a lot of things I want and like to do in a future, I'm really HATING THIS FUCKING PROJECT!! I know, SCENOGRAPHY is one of the important things within the creation of films or tv shows; but really have to watch something I don't like and stop every frame to make notes about every single element that I see and also the ones that maybe we don't realise that are there but, they are there in fact, and they play an important significance to the meaning of the story. COME ON MAN!!
Now, I don't know why I'm complaining, or what, but I really want to FINISH this thing, print it and have a good grade, just because I'm in pain for watching it.
BTW I've a pile of things to do, and the day is over in 4 hours!
