How to control emotions
When encountered the following emotions :
1. Insult, frustration, anger due to others' stupidities or impossible behaviours / due to your own critic mind
How to respond :
#take deep breaths
# pen down your thoughts, read them till you feel satisfied, crumble the ppr, tear it into pieces, throw away.
# If it's well expressed, especially words of passion resulted by anger, keep it for future inspiration. You want to know you believed in yourself previously, and you will do it again.
# solve puzzles of your favourite topic (mine is grammar and vocabulary related, or space and science). This will give you the sense of achievement, improvement, revision as well as distraction required at the moment.
# play games such as crossword, music tiles, racing, etc.
# listen to party songs or raps
# see funny memes (best mood shifting and distraction strategy)
2. People bashing at you, sarcastically tormenting, advising shitty things, praising themselves and putting you down / making you feel bad about yourself in ANY way.
How to respond :
Change your body language. Make a firm posture, keep your chin high, walk confidently with calm pace (like you're in control of yourself and your life). Show expressions of indifference and evoke a deeply neutral tone.
For example, other person : "I've achieved this at this stage. What's your excuse? You're never gonna be as smart/successful as me."
You : quietly sipping the coffee, already lost in some other thought. Then comes the most abrupt and normal response, "yea." Then you get back at your work as if you've been busy for all your life but managed to give your few minutes to listen to this fella.
Keep yourself maintained with a mature smile just as a mother gives to her 3 year old kid wanting to become a superman.
3. Feel like CRYING
How to respond :
# take deep breaths,
# draw patterns (circle inside circles, criss cross lines, sea waves, lightning)
# close your eyes
# imagine whatever the hell distracts you at that moment, it can be as stupid as a tree running or you jumping higher enough to sit on a cloud. Literally anything.

In a democratic society, all citizens should receive equal opportunities. But inequality exists due to different reasons. Various emotions emerge according to the nature of the experience we encounter. The responses in such situations should be proper and relevant. We should practise ourselves to identify, control and express properly in a way feeling or emotions that come to our minds in various occasions in our daily life.
