Pistachio Brookies-Irresistible Nutty Brownie Cookies

Indulge in the ultimate combination of chocolate chip cookies and brownies with these decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies. Rich, fudgy brownies are topped with a layer of creamy cookie dough for a treat that's sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup mini chocolate chips.

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased. Make the brownie mix by mixing the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl as directed on the package. Mix everything together well. Put the brownie batter into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a different bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix well. Mix in the flour and salt slowly until the mixture is smooth. Add small chocolate chips and mix well. Spread cookie dough out on top of the brownie batter in the pan. Spread the cookie dough out gently over the brownie batter with a spatula. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into squares. Serve and have fun!
