Peanut Butter Chocolate Delight Brownies Indulge in these rich and fudgy brownies infused with creamy peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate. Perfect for any chocolate lover! Ingredients ½ cup unsalted butter melted 1 ½ cups granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted and cooled slightly 2 large eggs at room temperature ? cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking powder ¾ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup creamy peanut butter Instructions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8 glass baking dish, line it with parchment paper, and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat together melted butter and sugar until well combined using a hand mixer. Add in vanilla extract and the slightly cooled melted chocolate, mixing until fully incorporated. Add the eggs to the mixture and beat just until combined. Sift the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and flour into the brownie batter using a sieve. With a spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients into the brownie batter just until combined. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Microwave the creamy peanut butter for about 15 seconds to achieve a smooth and pourable consistency, then spoon dollops of it over the brownie batter. With a knife, swirl the peanut butter into the batter for a marbled effect. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until fudgy crumbs cling to a toothpick or knife when inserted into the center, ensuring no wet batter remains. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. To keep the peanut butter creamy, cover the brownies with aluminum foil during the last 10 minutes of baking. If a drier top is preferred, leave them uncovered for the full baking time. Finally, lift the brownies from the pan using the parchment paper and cut them into squares.
