He folded his wings as he touched down, the eyes within closing, “Forgive the intrusion, I just had to take the opportunity to speak with you! I’m oh so curious about your story!”

He's very tempted to do so to further cause distress to the Healer. Hard to pass up the chances to mess and annoy goody two shoes! Shadowmilk floats around him a moment, heterometric eyes flickering up and down with a hum.

Was the headache from his chaos? His little band of mischief and deceit? Eventually he huffs as his eyes narrow back at him.Almost offended that it didn't seem like he did this.

" Fine fine, there should be some hide away around here that you can borrow "

"Master?" Cloud Haetae called while searching every nook and cranny they could think of. They just got their master back after being alone so, so long! Surely she wasn't gone again? They weren't all alone again, right???

They turned a corner and paused, eyes widening in recognition. "Master? Master!!!" The little Haetae ran up to the person they believed to be their Mystic Flour, visibly relieved.

Once before her, they quickly dropped into a bow, taking the opportunity to catch their breath while showing respect. Why were they so out of breath? Well, it definitely wasn't because they'd run around the entire Ivory Pagoda in search of her.

Definitely not.

"Oh, master, you almost had me worried there." They said while straightening their posture, trying to bury just how frightened they had been. Remember her teachings, emptiness, apathy. "But don't worry, your guardian and loyal devotee is here. And I finished all my chores, too!"

The Caretaker Loop
