Pretty fucking good for my first time making chicken parm.
I'm gonna be cooking tomorrow bc I finally have access to a kitchen now that I'm home again!!
I know I'm gonna make bbq chicken, mashed potatoes, baked mac and cheese, and coleslaw but I can't decide if I should do cornbread or buttermilk biscuits with it. Thoughts??
So once you're decent at baking, you can shop around for recipes and know when one is whack. Like you'll see no brown sugar or no salt or 3 eggs listed for a certain cookie dough and go 'mmmm, wrong' and look for a better one. And Sally's Baking Addiction is a pretty good starting point I've found cause a lot of the recipes are pretty solid though she does seem to add too much flour to most of them.
Anyways, I looked at the snickerdoodles recipe on that site and:
