While there are plentiful delicacies that are traditionally prepared on Eid, every year, I somehow opt to make this simplistic version of Sheer Khurma, that primarily consists of vermicelli roasted in desi ghee and cooked in full fat milk, along with sugar and nuts. Addition of fresh or dried desi gulab adds a beautiful aromatic dimension 🌹 . . Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my hands on vermicelli in the last couple of days, hence, a throwback to Eid 2018 🙌🏼 . . .
