These Strawberry Lime Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for hot summer days. Bursting with fruity flavors, they are simple to make and sure to please both kids and adults alike.
Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced. 1/4 cup lime juice. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 cup coconut water.
Instructions: Put lime juice, honey or maple syrup, strawberries, and coconut water in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it's completely frozen. Take them out of the molds and enjoy once they're frozen.
