Treat your taste buds to this sweet and cool Pomegranate Fizzy Float! A tasty treat is made by mixing sour pomegranate juice, fizzy sparkling water, and smooth vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients: 1 cup pomegranate juice. 1/2 cup sparkling water. 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Pomegranate seeds for garnish. Mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a tall glass, pour the pomegranate juice. Add the sparkling water. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

The sweet strawberries and creamy coconut milk in these homemade popsicles go so well together. It's the perfect treat for a cool day!
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped. 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Enjoy your refreshing strawberry coconut popsicles!

Ingredients: 1 bottle red wine. 1 cup blood orange juice. 1/2 cup blackberry liqueur. 1/4 cup brandy. 2 cups blackberries. 1 blood orange, sliced. 1 lemon, sliced. 1 lime, sliced. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cups sparkling water. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Red wine, blood orange juice, blackberry liqueur, brandy, blackberries, blood orange slices, lemon slices, lime slices, and honey should all be mixed together in a large pitcher. Mix it around until the honey is gone. Put the dish in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight to let the flavors mix. Before serving, add the sparkling water and stir. Pour over ice in glasses. If you want, you can add more blackberries and citrus slices as a garnish.
