Sometimes you gotta draw furries
i will never be in my twenties watching buck kiss a man for the first time with @bieddiediaz ever again
morgan do you have a kin list?👀👀
so . i don't know if anyone remembers this or if this is just. an oddly specific experience i have . but i have a virulently violent reaction whenever i see the words kinning and kins because i still vividly remember being in the anime community on instagram in like 2012 where people first started kinning characters and it wasn't just a 'character i heavily relate to' it meant 'i AM this character this character is ME' and it was exactly what it sounds like as in people were pretending to be actual anime characters. it sounds like RP but it wasn't. some people actually believed they were the real life reincarnations of anime characters. yes. it is as wild as it sounds. it spiraled so out of control that people would put their kins in their bio and wouldn't let anyone else with the same kins follow them bc you know....two people couldn't be the same person or shall i say anime character. anyway people would be so possessive over the characters they kinned to the extent that they would ask others to remove their pfp of their kins and ask them not to post pictures of them. one girl was infamous for kinning the main character of a very popular 2010 anime she bought the single name user on instagram for $500+ and then proceeded to go on a blocking spree blocking every single person that liked that character and/or had a user that resembled hers.
anyway. this is my roundabout way of saying no 😁
Convinced my sister to watch mbav with me and today she turned to me and asked “did you like Benny as kid?” Which I was a little annoyed at cause I told her just a few days ago I was an Ethan girl and then I remembered she lowkey thinks Benny is annoying and then I wondered if she was genuinely asking or was making an insult 💀

HANNAH <3 where to start hmmm. i love your kindness and how you dont always find it easy to express but it bleeds out of you regardless and touches everything you interact with; your long comments on taob when i was a stranger you owed nothing to; your frankly ridiculous amount of fandom connections that used to intimidate the fuck out of me because you were so willing to TALK and PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE and just be kind and lovely and people can feel that sort of personality even through tumblr. idk my mum says there are 'magnetic' people in the world and she often talks about my grandad because he's just someone you cant help but love. if asked you cant actually say what it is, but he exudes such a lovely, kind aura that people are pulled in. i think you've got that.
it always feels like im second best lol
finding that Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge cd underneath the passenger’s seat of my father’s car changed the trajectory of my life
