My first week of working out. And my first progress pic. Gonna take one at the beginning of every week.
No more saying yh yh I lost 17kg. I just gained two. I’m on 89kg. So going back on it. Starting was 104. But that an old one. My new starting is 89 and I’m ok with that. Goal is to get under 80 😋
