Since psyc 2021 and psyc 2030 are co-requisites, what will happen if I pass psyc 2030 and not psyc 2021? Will my mark for psyc 2030 disappear?

No your mark will not disappear. Co-requisite just means that you can take both courses in the same semester.

A corequisite is the same as a prerequisite. It means that the listed pre/corequisites must successfully be completed to take the course you are viewing. 

Course credit exclusion means that the listed courses overlap in content with the course you are looking at. Because of this, you can only receive credits from one of them.

What is a corequisite? It says that for PSYC2021 Prerequisite or Corequisite: PSYCH1010. Does this mean I can take PSYC1010 and PSYC2021 at the same time...?

Corequisite means that you can take both courses during the same semester/or at the same time. You will need permission from the Undergraduate Program Director in order to do that though. Yup, that's exactly what it means.

Is it a good idea taking a course and not the corequisite? I am planning to take physics, and not math.

If a course has a corequisite and you're not taking it and the school finds out, you could either not be allowed to enrol in that course or have to take it later. The credit might not count later on if they find out you didn't take the coreq.
