Let's talk bout gaining, here are my four pillars to developing muscle. ▪️Through your daily movement as well as exercise, keep your core always engaged (flexed). Stabilizing your core stabilizes your spine hence the rest of your body. Core stability is the foundation of the function of your body so keep that core tall & flexed. ▪️To efficiently work a muscle, Control your movement, really make your muscle move slow as steady, while tense, through your movements. The tense stretches the muscle enabling it to expand as blood pumps to your muscle through your workout causing size and shape development. ▪️Stretching / muscle flexibility is the third pillar to gains, The muscle has to be flexible enough to be able to expand and grow. More flexibility=more gains ▪️Lastly hydration and nutrition More hydration=more gains, muscle is majority water so you need a lot of water in your body to support your cell growth. Nutrition is simple, if it's not alkaline it is not good for you, if it is not from the earth it is not good for you. Lean towards organic and unprocessed. Eat things that are alive, don't eat dead meat, it rots in your stomach , toxifies and prevents nutrition to be properly spread throughout your body to your hungry muscles. The animals we eat get strong from eating plants, we need nutrition from the source, not handed down nutrition by passed through a dead animals decomposing meat. (Yes you can get your calories in by eating meat, but that does not mean you are gaining health or actually strengthening and developing your body.) #corestabilty #focustraining #stretch #hydration #plantbasednutrition #klarrafit (at Scottsdale, Arizona)
