I ain’t even gon’ lie, I think training on the @fitplan_app with @mrcalliet is a bit more difficult than training with him in-person, which has been a minute. When I looked at what today’s workout consisted of, I immediately convinced myself that I was not going to be able to do the entire workout as outlined because my legs are a bit weak. But it was the exact workout I needed and I got through all of it…ALL of it. . What I’m remind of is, the mind is powerful. And if you allow yourself to believe you cannot do something, you will certainly fail at it. So my commitment to myself was that I was going to push through no matter what and to work as hard as I could. Mission accomplished. . But to train yourself, even when guided, is a helluva lot more challenging than having your trainer forcing & expecting you to do something in-session. Again though, I got thru that shit and it actually felt damn good… . I’m doing this, first & foremost, for me… But if it inspires you in any way, let’s keep each other inspired!!! I’ve bounced around on a few different plans, couple others which were good.
