Corius, The Robotic Angel.

One day, the local supercluster was shocked to discover that galaxy M51243a had completely disappeared. At first many thought it was simply mass hysteria or a hoax, but the lack of communications and the families discovering their loved ones were gone quickly proved otherwise.

Though it couldn't be true... Right? A whole galaxy can't just vanish into thin air?

Panic ensued. The dominant civilization, the Vaneans, had been wiped from the face of existence. An incomprehensible number of organisms had lost their lives in an instant. The impact of this quickly took hold across every civilization who could receive the communication.

Colonies starving due to Vanean trade routes vanishing, fear of the universe's demise, wars breaking out, everyone pointing fingers... What happened?

Even worse, the afterlife saw none of M51243a's citizens appear. They didn't die, they completely vanished.

That was... Until a light shined in heaven.

A robotic being appeared in a flash of light before the goddess Virtue. They fell gently on the ground, confused.

The goddess had never witnessed such a thing. This robot had not died, it was born here. In the afterlife?

After hours of being unable to process his surroundings, he spoke. He identified himself as Corius, but had no memory of anything else. His very being was as elusive to him as it was to the others.

Corius was already an angel without Virtue appointing him as such; a feat that should be impossible. Virtue was as clueless as Corius.

Corius seemed to have no grasp on how anything in the world worked. He had yet to live, of course. His childlike understanding of everything yet his intelligence of basic skills intrigued everyone. Who was this stranger?

Virtue saw no reason to fear or disown him, and instead proposed that he live in heaven for several years until he is ready to live his own life.

Corius agreed, but little did he know this was for his own protection. Some gods did not take well to hearing the news of Corius...

Geremo has a problematic habit of hanging at the bar when it gets really stressful after work, or when exam season is around. He's also a very affectionate drunk, making it easy for Corius to drag him home after he reached his limit or after the bar closes.

Geremo is the wild card during exam season.
