Grass Fed Beef Sustainable?
I submit this for consideration, as one who eats a significant portion of beef. I follow the Paleo diet, aiming to mimic a hunter gathers diet. As of now, I am convinced that it is the optimal diet for human consumption. The information here, doesn't so much contradict that diet (at least I am far from convinced he's right about the cause of heart disease), yet it does question the morality of my chosen diet, with relation to the natural world, and that is something I shall ponder further.
