These Crispy Ranch Chicken Fingers are a delightful twist on a classic favorite. The combination of crunchy cornflakes, savory Parmesan cheese, and zesty ranch seasoning creates an irresistible coating for tender chicken tenders. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or as a crowd-pleasing appetizer!
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders. 1 cup crushed cornflakes. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Crush the cornflakes and mix them with the Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning in a bowl. On a breading station, put three shallow dishes together. Fill one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the cornflake mix. After dipping each chicken tender in the flour and then the egg, cover it with the cornflake mixture and press it down gently to stick. Put chicken tenders that have been fried in bread crumbs on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray and lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Use cooking spray on top of the chicken tenders. After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the coating is golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
