I love how even Nightmare’s creator has left him as a forever stagnant boomer. Think he’ll ever get a glow up like Dream did?

Corrupted Nightmare is very different from the original one, but I get your point. It's very likely that he will become more ruthless and manipulative after fighting Glitter, if not during it.

He would essentially lean closer to what was presented in Underverse 0.6 if you need a comparison. He'd be willing to break someone's mind and heel if it means getting more negativity.

Can nightmare get his own version of dreams transformation but with negativity it would likely function differently and if so to what end?

Aside from being greater in power generally, it would definitely be a lot goopier and darker. He essentially becomes greater but opposite in power to Glitter. Whether we'll see such a form, I recommend staying tuned. You may get your answer in due time~

Hmmm, perhaps if a memory or two strikes. Though it would be awkward all things considered, since their goop would just... spill all over Nightmare. That or he'd merge into Noodles from the contact. The end result would just be a mass of goop rubbing against itself. Take what you will from that.

How would Nootmare react to finding Ink's photo album of Dream wearing dresses.

Either not at all or not well, considering both versions of Nightmare. Corrupted may exploit this later on with Dream, and both may pounce on Ink.

Given how he reacted in previous asks, it could go either way.

Why didn't Nightmare use his hydra attack on Error earlier?

He didn't have sufficient time to collect negativity like he did in part 6. The shock of the Halving and negativity reduction didn't help in that situation either. Now, he has more negativity and time to work with.

What is going on in Nightmare's mind now that his 3 henchmen had been beaten instantly?

Probably a big "How the hell is all of this happening?" Or major just being unsurprised by their lack of power. Nightmare is having an off day like the rest of the main cast.
