Unfortunately their weird dynamic has captivated me. Truly I think Wolf would love Josh's degenerate behavior and outlandish personality. I also think he'd try to impress him too (a big reason why Wolf loves Josh is because of praise. Tiger is a good friend but she tends to dismiss him as nothing but a "soldier" — compared to Josh who sees his soldiers in a more friendly / personal light). At some point, I think Wolf would be unsure of his alignments with Josh after Tiger is discovered to be a Biotic.
In Josh's perspective, I don't think it's just manipulation. I truly think he likes him (romantically or platonically in his own twisted way) and doesn't want him to turn out like he does. But he does lie to him and tries to distance him from Tiger. Basically just wants him all for himself. HAH.
I don't know if they're romantic, platonic, etc. I think it's better to not put a name on it because they're both freaks.
