CHAPTER 1: TIMELINE A - CREA & DAR

Tonight is a "thinking about a situation where Conan gets himself messed up badly enough that Ai has to take an antidote so she can get him to safety in time before he gets killed" kind of night.

Shiho clutching a badly bleeding Conan in her arms as she carries him to safety and is frantically calling for an ambulance kind of thing

Yes, dramatic CoShi where "Ai has to take an antidote to save Conan for some reason" is great. (I am a big fan of Shiho, panicked as she's carrying a badly bleeding Conan, trying to get him to safety and keep him alive)

HOWEVER!

Also consider: CoShi but hilarious.

Conan does some bullshit that he gets kidnapped for, as he's wont to do sometimes, situation gets particularly bad/weird/whatever, Ai ends up forced to take an antidote at some point except Conan manages to escape on his own

So you've got Conan, trying to solve the case now that he's not locked up, teaming up with Heiji (who was called in to try and help find him) to try and handle it

And then this woman nobody's seen before just storms up, grabs Conan by the back of his shirt to yank him up to eye level and just "You little idiot, why the hell did you think that stupid stunt of yours was a good idea?!"

And he's like "Put me down, damnit! Sorry I got kidnapped, that wasn't my fault!"

And they're just arguing about it in a way that clearly feels like they know each other and she just. Tucks him under an arm and starts walking away like "No, you can let your Osakan friend figure this out, you are coming with me, and we are going home, and you are going to make up for ruining my entire day by making me show up like this."
