Important Questions!

What is this story? What fandoms are these from?

This is Twenny Six, a series of twenty six stories about gods of various heaven and hells- some of which will culminate into a much larger story later on. It’s not related to any other story that someone else may have made.

Why are there so many characters?

This story is- at least at the beginning, going over multiple worlds and universes- and therefore is a place for me to experiment with storytelling and with different characters. Later on, as we continue- many of these stories will intertwine, and will change with that context. I want to have it so that there are some stories one can read simply to just enjoy a short finished tale- and some that will lead to you wanting to read more.

How do the timelines work?

They act similarly to what one would usually call universes. Entirely different worlds, with different gods and characters. They are referred to as timelines not because they’re completely different spaces in time, but moreso because it builds off the original fundamental world made by The Stars- and from each god, do the worlds change, as do the people. There are no two same people in each timeline.

Is X going to be important later?

Because of the ‘multiple stories’ element to Twenny Six- it can be hard to figure out who’s going to be more important later on. To fix that- I have a handy masterlist, that will detail and link to each story- and specifically mention whether or not a specific character may be more important later on.

That’s probably not intentional. Probably.

Why do some characters have unnatural skin colors when before they were shown to have human skin colors before?

Simply enough, this means that the character has died, and was brought back to life. In this world, being brought back from the dead makes you take on the appearance of either the element or color you most resonate with. Anita is the God of the Twilight- and she is blue like the sky, yet other more prominent colors appear depending on her emotions. 

The unnamed is similar in this regard- appearing much darker and closer to black (Though not exactly because I personally don’t think a dark-grey would look that nice, and also that pure black isn’t a color I use often in my coloring as it sometimes doesn’t look that great)

However, any type of reincarnation doesn’t do this.
