With Christmas and con crunching for CAD and Zap, I didn't have the time to spare. Now that it's January, I'm able to get my regular doses of endorphins. And yes, I was the first one to give up on the plank. I am small and weak, and I can barely hold one for a minute. I broke this ankle for the third time a year and a half ago, accompanied with a very severe sprain. The doctor said I’d never run again because my ankle couldn’t take the impact anymore. I used to have a slight limp when I walked and when I started working out again I had trouble putting a bunch of pressure on it and it would inevitably swell afterward. My left hip would lock up during workouts because it was no longer used to the balance. A year later and I’m running 2-3 miles A DAY with no swelling and I don’t have a damn limp. Now that my ankle is back in shape it’s time to lose all that weight I put on because of it!
