Ingredients: 1 bottle Cote du Rhone summer rose wine. 4 salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, sliced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1 garlic clove, minced. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put olive oil on top of the salmon fillets and season them with salt and pepper. Salmon should be cooked on the grill for four to five minutes on each side. Gather cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Mix them all together. Put tomato basil salad on top of grilled salmon. Put glasses of Cote du Rhone summer rose wine together, top with lemon slices, and serve with the salmon. Have fun!
