This week the professional female football league here in Mexico finally started and I'm so happy about that. When I was little my mom never allowed me to take professional football classes because I was a girl, and at the time I eventually got over it because i didn't saw any girls playing professional football in Mexico. Later on I saw them in the national team and now I'm so happy to see them play now in a professional league here in Mexico, even though I don't identify as a girl anymore, but deep down, this little girl I used to be is jumping with joy to finally see all this girls do something that I was never allowed to do because professional football was "just for boys".
