Count Calloway (never featured on the show) was to be a Vampire Puppet that provided old information and facts not even Frank or Home could provide. Insights to things most did not understand. But for a Vampire so old, it was fair he would be considered wise.
With a companion of a tuxedo cat, he lived in his Castle Home in the woods of Welcome Home. Away from prying eyes as he preferred his privacy.
He is a fruit bat!
