Although Vladislaus Straud doesn't care much about his birthday, he still can't fight that little bit of glee when the 13th falls on a Friday, just like the year he was born in.

Luckily, I tend to take more screenshots than I need whenever I do edits or do challenges. This one is one of the extra screenshots I took for the playlist challenge mooonths ago. Right now, the EA app denies access to my game because I played or stayed offline for too long. (WTF?) So taking new screenshots or completing the Six Townie challenge has to wait until I have the energy to fix that bs.

Pride Month Selfies

It's that time of the year again: Happy Pride Month! This year, I don't have many new LGBTQIA+ Sims to introduce to you, but they deserve recognition, too. I already introduced Vlad's older self from Malachai's Maze last year. His younger self from Forbidden Fruit is confident or rather vain enough to pose with pride makeup on and be precise about his romantic and sexual attractions.

I know that's not how a hiatus works. I know I said I won't return until I deep-cleaned and rebuilt my mods folder. On the other hand, I have always been like that overexcited child that made something awesome and has to show it to everyone right now here. So enjoy some more tweaks on Forbidden Fruit's Vladislaus Straud. Although you'll never see this detail on average-sized screenshots, @pralinesims Pale Secret facepaint eyes over the game's default glowing blue vampire eyes look really neat and creepy.

Vlad snuck up to the apartment’s door saw the palm tree and was so disgusted by it he forgot what he came here to do and left.

I love it when the game is so random. Straud’s reaction to the potted plant canceled the whole vampire visit situation. He just stood in front of that palm tree completely lost until I sent him away.

Vladislaus Straud VI. is the current Grandmaster of the vampire community and mayor of Forgotten Hollow. According to his political opponents, Straud combines the ideals of a Machiavellian politician with the know-how of a businessman. Whereas Straud has no problem stating he doesn't feel any sexual attraction to anyone, he still keeps his romantic attraction/s a well-kept secret.

Why didn't I make over Straud into your usual young hottie, you might ask? Story reasons. 😈
