Ok... I had a blast last week, was at church convention all week. Yesterday after everything ended, I put my hubby to a challenge... now you ask, what's the challenge about? I am 5 months postpartum and still losing my baby weight . Not doing anything drastic, just slow and steady. But I thought it would be a good idea to do something out of the ordinary. Hubby and I work out together when he is able to. He is my number one cheerleader, he got me into health and fitness. Now I came up with a fantastic idea of us taking up a nutrition and fitness challenge, competing against each other 😩😩😩 (healthy competition I mean). I was feeling too cool with myself when I put him up to the challenge. I didn't quite expect that he would agree to it but HE SAID YES, bring it on baby were his words. Are you sure you are ready for this, am ready baby... My husband loves to cook, and within mins, he planned out his menu and workout and feeling very happy with himself, am still here trying to sort myself out. The aim is to encourage each other to take our lifestyle to the next level and of course to do away with some pounds for me. The next three weeks is crucial but we will take it one day at a time. So please my dear friends, no body should offer me any treats for now, am a wifey on a mission 💪🏽. Bring it on Boo, this Chic right here is ready. Stay tuned, I will post our progress on here... I must win this challenge ohhh 🙌🏾 #couplegoals #coupleonamission #couplefitnessjourney #fitness #fitfam #fitcouple #5monthspostpartum
