Queendom by Aurora from Infections Of A Different Kind (Step 1) - Director: Kinga Burza
Three weeks have flown by since Couros alighted back on our radar with a song named Young. Though we’re still stuck on that scintillating effusion of electronica and R&B, we find ourselves thoroughly consumed by the London-based producer’s magnificent new song Undertone. His production is flawless on the lustrous swooning track, which features rich summer melodies and silky chord patterns. Wistful yet euphoric, Undertone swirls and swells with tactile warmth. Golden luscious Undertone is nothing short of spectacular, a bedazzling display of lavish electronica and sensuous R&B pop. Plus, singer songwriter Alyss’ sultry sleek crooning is outstanding. Undertone is taken from Couros’ upcoming 5-track EP on PMR Records.
Doing some summer reading the other day in a mountain of pillows
Also I’m going to be doing the 30 day back to school challenge by @universi-tea!! School actually started two days ago for me, but this’ll give me something to post until my coursework starts up :)
Day One: Goals for the semester
I usually rewrite my notes, but sometimes last year I’d make excuses and I’d tell myself that that wasn’t as important as studying. It definitely is for me though, so one goal would be to rewrite all of my notes!
Another would be to get more involved. This is the first year that I can drive to school, so I’ll be able to stay after for more clubs. I’m going to try to find some that I’m really interested in!
One thing I regret from last year is not utilizing a study group! This year I’m making plans to meet up with my friends after school at Starbucks once a week to do homework, quiz each other, anything that’ll help us. I’m really excited about it.
Lastly, I just got my first job, so I’ll definitely need to learn to balance school and work! This is probably one of my main goals because it could really cause me to fall behind if I can’t figure out how to do it.
This year I have a very rigorous course load so I’ll definitely be relying on these goals to get me through!
