VIETNAMESE 🇻🇳 // Special Beef Noodle Soup aka Phở đặc Biệt (aud14) and Special Rice Paper Rolls (aud6) from Uncle Lam’s Vietnamese Noodle Soup, Coventry Village, Morley. One of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Perth - would travel here specially for this bowl of comforting pho. Menu and opening times on last pic. The beef broth here is clear, tasty and flavoursome without being oily. Love the beef slices, beef balls and especially the tender beef tendons. The line forms quickly and moves quite quickly along too. VIETNAMESE 🇻🇳 // The two dishes I always order at any Vietnamese restaurant when visiting for the first time: Combo Beef Pho (aud13) and Special Grilled Pork with Broken Rice (aud13) - these are from Uncle Lam’s Vietnamese Noodle Soup, Coventry Village, Morley. The beef broth here is clear, tasty and flavoursome without being oily. Love the beef slices, beef balls and especially the tender beef tendons. Grilled pork - despite being quite oily, was really flavoursome with well-marinated with lemongrass. Love the pork cake (the texture was just right for me and the best so far I’ve tried in Perth: this being my personal review - try it yourself and let me know if our tastebuds align 😆) and the pickled bean sprouts and mustard greens. The fried egg arrived looking as though it was over-cooked but was in fact gooey in the centre. 😋 Delicious and it’s taken me far too long to try this place. Friendly service by Uncle Lam himself too. Will be back!
