Sirsasana - headstand I am reading several books at the same time. One of them, by @anipemachodron “welcoming the unwelcome” she said that when we are challenge in life by the “unwelcome” we find ourselves in recurrent old ways of reacting getting unconsciously entangled with old patterns. Some for me includes resentment, and behind that many negative emotions that sometimes was not aware but made me vibrate very low in the emotional spectrum. Pema and the Buddhist tradition, and many philosophical and psychological narratives find opportunities in these challenging times.
