Meeting A Fan || Wren & Harper
Harper was walking around the different floors of the training center, she figured that she probably shouldn't be doing this, but who is going to tell her to stop? An Avox? She was too restless to just sit in her room and wait for training to begin. She wanted to just try to fill her mind with something else, so she could just stop thinking about her impending death. She was pretending to admire the satin curtains, the real velvet floors, the crystal chandeliers, but it wasn't working.
She was going to return to her room and play with that remote that could change the walls. She approached the elevators and clicked the button and waited for it to meet her. She heard the ding, and approached the appropriate elevator. The doors opened and she was about to enter, but she noticed someone was already in the elevator and this must be their floor. She backed up and let the woman get off the elevator.
Harper stepped on the elevator and turned to face the doors. As they were about to close, she saw the side of the woman's face as she began to walk down the hall. She didn't know why she was dong it but she quickly stuck her hands between the doors to stop them from closing and they quickly opened again. She stepped out into the hall and took a closer look at the woman, she was sure she knew her.
"Wren? Wren Golde?" The woman walking ahead of her had stopped walking and turned around. So it was her, "Hey, I know you don't know me and you probably don't give a shit, I know I wouldn't. But you are one of my favorite Victors."
