Height: 5’6” though I feel like I’m shrinking. :-/

Last thing I googled: the image for the meme of the alien facehugger holding up the sign, “free hugs.” Sent it to all my family, while cackling.

Song stuck in my head: Toss A Coin. It’s so damn catchy. Of course I also use it to annoy my kids cuz I get it stuck in their heads too. Win-win.

Following: uh, I’d have to exit outta the app, but I think around 150 or so? I try to keep it manageable.

Followers: around 500 I think?

Amount I sleep: average of 8 but I rarely feel rested.

Dream Job: something I love doing that I can make a living at? I don’t really care what it is, just being happy doing it would be awesome. But I’d probably be happiest doing something with animals.

Currently Wearing: blue tank top and soft, straight-leg, kinda yoga-type pants. Basically super fucking comfy.

Favorite songs: too too many I love, but let’s go with some fave bands instead: Five Finger Death Punch, X Ambassadors, The Score, Imagine Dragons, Shinedown and Godsmack.

Favorite Animal Noises: cat purrs, puppy howls and a horse’s happy snort.

Aesthetic: oh hell ummm, idk? Anxiety ridden bi/pan disaster, who attempts to look real laid-back and at ease. Otherwise, probably just comfortable. I want my place and things and what I wear to just be a source of comfort.

This was supposed to be my planned poetry entry into 2020's OMS Challenge but it obviously didn't make it.

It's being told from Spock's POV after his fal-tor-pan. Some angst, but ends happy.

I've got it about half done, but I'll tease with the first three stanzas. :)

The day I was reborn,

The day my body reclaimed my soul,

Little made sense, my mind a blank slate, erased,

But I saw you and knew your eyes,

"Jim, your name is Jim," my katra extoled.

Tasked to retrain my mind

I was whisked away, forced distance and space.

I remained incomplete; memories still lost.

A simple question: How do you feel?

So daunting when you feel keenly out of place.

I rejoined the crew flawed,

Struggled with the knowledge I now lacked.

Thrust back into a role I could not fully recall,

I faced your disappointment, too:

"Don't you have any goddamn feelings about that?!"
