While seeing Steve had brought more life into him than before, he still felt like quite a bit of an empty shell. Bucky didn’t really do much except think. Nightmares plagued his mind and kept him awake more so than before. Before he was able to quiet them somehow. Make them more bearable but before his mind was not his own. He kept wondering when they were going to come for him and he really didn’t want anyone else to get hurt for his sake. He heard footsteps and a part of him figured it was Steve again. He slowly peeked up to see another familiar face. Bucky couldn’t believe that she was here. “Peggy?”
