What's the cutest thing your kitty has done lately?

I always say pets have a really keen sense on emotion. Luci has honestly been really close to me lately. I’ve been very upset each night and she has slept nearly on top of me, always touching, since the break up. She normally sleeps near me and has space, but she hasn’t left my side each night. She keeps licking me and purring hard. I swear she knows I’m in pain.

Who is your favorite author? What made them become your favorite? (style of writing, topic, specific book/poem/article/whatever?)

Well, jessicavalenti is one of my favourites. The first thing I read from her was Full Frontal Feminism, which is a great introduction to feminism for anyone interested, but I really fell in love with her when I read The Purity Myth and Yes Means Yes. She has a humorous and down-to-earth style of writing and I really appreciate it.
