Why do you ship Snape and Hermione?

Oh god, I could go on forever about them. Well the two of them just suit each others characters so well. Snape is so reserved whilst Hermione is very fiery. They're both extremely stubborn, both passionate about what they love and they're both extremely intelligent.

Idk, I could never really see Hermione going for someone her age because she likes to be challenged a lot, and Snape's intelligence rivals that of her own. I mean can't you just picture them having a heated debate about new potion theories and what not? Also the fact that Hermione is so insistent on everything. I like that she could be the one to break down his barriers and show his softer side because she just won't give up on him.

Most people dismiss the ship because of the age gap, but that doesn't bother me at all. I admit that I didn't get the ship at all in the beginning. I didn't get how it could work. But I thought what the hell, and just read a fic to see what it was like and now here I am. But seriously, some people should just try it and see what you think. I cannot recommend enough the stories written by CRMediaGal on ff.net (sorry, I would link but I'm on my iPad and it won't let me rn). She's captured the two of them perfectly and her writing is just beautiful. I was so emotional reading her stories hahah. But anyway yeah, I'll shut up now but if you're ever looking for one to try out I couldn't recommend her more.
