Use hedge clippers to cut popsicle sticks evenly and without them cracking

You can sharpen your scissors on glass!

Take your craft scissors and in a tall glass (that you don’t use anymore), carefully drag the blade at an angle across the lip of the glass.

The foreman at my work showed me and says its because the metal is softer (it bends) then the glass (which shatters).

Craft Tip #3

You can cleanse the energy of rooms in your house by mixing in a few drops of sweet mint and eucalyptus oil in a spray bottle filled with gem water (or even just plain clean water filled with positive intention) and spraying it as needed~

Here’s a great tip I read in a forum the other day.  When tracing a design on tracing paper to transfer to something you can’t see through like felt in order to hold it in place try magnets. I was using pins before but I found the paper often shifted slightly or bunched up a little.  So far the magnets seem to be working much better.  Not to mention the fact if you drop your needle the magnets will find it!
