Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup rolled oats. 1 cup dried cranberries. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add this to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in the rolled oats, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
