Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition (Switch) Chapter 16 broken bulletin board! SEND HELP!!!

I defeated Craniamon and talked to Kyoko who told me to go to the Nakano bulletin board. However for some reason I can’t interact with it. I looked up other people playing chapter 16 and it seems there’s supposed to be a exclamation point above it however it won’t work for me. Has this happened to anyone else?!?! How do I fix it?!?!

What am I supposed to do?!😰 I talked to Mirei too and she was unhelpful.
