Today was very much a cycling day for our GPC crew with Coach Kate taking a challenging session @crankandgrindcycling this morning & myself taking a group session in Lake Beeac this arvo. Thanks to Neil & Kay from Colac Cycling Club for welcoming our squad & for giving us the opportunity to race the 45kms over a handicapped format. Our team did well with 6, 7, 8 & 9th overall at the finish. Tomorrow, we will be racing in Grammar School with GCCC. All the best to Dave Bartlett & Jason McDonald racing the Gold Coast Marathon tomorrow.
