1k warm up plus 5k run during an extreme heat alert

I wanted to go for a run today, but it's a Saturday so my local gym will be busy, add to that the fact that they only have 10 treadmills, one of which is always broken.

So rather than get there, be pissed because it's busy, then get pissed because I can't get on a mill, I went for an outdoor run.

Best. Decision. EVER.

Cue - It's Saturday morning

Routine - Go to Gym

Reward - Good Feels

My routine was interrupted by my timing, leading to a busy gym.

Original routine branch - sit at home and be upset, then regret not working out

New routine branch - Get your ass outside bitch!
