Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh basil leaves, for garnish.
Instructions: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
