Ingredients: 1 lb spaghetti. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce. 2 cups water. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Pour in marinara sauce and water, stir to combine. Add spaghetti, making sure it's submerged in the sauce mixture.
