One egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together. You can add the chocolate chips if you want to. Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few wet crumbs on it. Let the brownies cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Cut the brownies into squares when they're cool, and enjoy!
