Mysticism has always applied a sort of backwards logic to looking at things. Go within to look outwards. Understanding self is to unwravel the mystery of reality. As above so below. As within so without. Etc. Etc. Much of this investigation is QUESTION driven. Question everything, but first try and understand why you do the things you do. Find the why behind all desires. From the perspectives of others I am part of the world, but when I observe the world from my perspective I am nowhere to be found. To observe is to create perspective. I can never cease to be the point of origin from my perspective. I do not belong to the world. That is the limit, the boundary between all and self. It is not, “I think, therefore I am”. It is “I think, therefore you are”.
