Love a pink door 💗 With much needed space to fit all of my work, I’m actually out house hunting at the moment. Some say look for an outside studio space, but one of the reasons I started creating my art and vases was to be around my kids (in small doses of course!) and somehow juggle both. It kinda works! Good Morning! Another day at home... Feels like kids spent more time at home than at school since the start of a new school year in September. Oh wait... it's not just a feeling it's a fact. 😅🙈 Here we comes with another creative activity for kids - a fluffy cloud with snowflakes ❄ How to do this? Cut out a big cloud shape, and let your child make holes using punch. Two holes on top and lots on the bottom. Cut one piece of string for the top, and put it through both holes so you can hang when it's finished. Then let your child put single pieces of string through every hole on the bottom. It's a great exercise for their fingers. Next stick on as much cotton wool as you can fit on, to create the fluffy cloud. Cut out as many shapes, as you have holes on the bottom of the cloud. Cut out holes in them to create different shapes of snowflakes. Older kids can do it by themselves. Younger can decorate them - paint, glue on decorations, or use glitter (yes, glitter 😅). In the end hang each each one on the string attached to the cloud, and it's done!
