Spirale surely always was good for a surprise. Though once again, the supreme leader wondered if this was supposed to be a pleasant experience or some other kind of sick joke. Here he was now, for a while watching himself, yes, another him, and his old friends, also known as the organization D.I.C.E. It actually was a scene he even could remember. They were playing card games in the living room of their hideout, while enjoying some drinks and snacks to it as well. It was a rather peaceful setting and something he remembered that surelly happened before he somehow got into that sick killing game show.
He was walking around this setting already for a while now, so he was aware that he himself, was the real thing, while everything he sees, including the people most dear to him, were nothing more than some kind of illusion. Unfortunately he seemed to be stuck here anyways as well- Then for some reason, he just ouldn’t wake up from that ‘dream’... Welp, why not experimenting with things then? So he tried to touch his ‘throne’, that was in the living room as well. It was his very own chair, since he was the leader of that little prankster group after all. Interesting... he was able to touch the things here, everything seemed so real... but interacting with anyone in this room was not possible... (As much as he’d really like to.)
Suddenly he started to notice someone else’s presence. Someone that he didn’t even know at that time back then... It was none other than one of his former classmates.. Miu Iruma. She couldn’t possibly be part of this, right? She didn’t belong to this memory, so why not try to speak to her?
“I see so you met already my twin bro and the rest of my relatives, how niice!” He commented to get her attention. Of course that was nothing more but a joke, the other Kokichi in this room was no other than himself. The past him he remembered... Kokichi weirdly enough was also wearing the same attire with hat and a cape like the other version inside that ‘dream’ after all, so it would be fairly easy to mistake him for the ‘illusion’ version of him.
“Did you already introduce yourself? Or did you just step in here like a stray would?”
The funny part was, that everything about their surroundings was fairly real. He could touch things and probably even drink the soda that was on the table in front of them. Since he wouldn’t want her to notice how uncomfortable her sudden appearance in the middle of one of his biggest secrets made him, he decided to sit down on a free left space on the couch. So he tried to sit there as relaxed as possible and just kept focusing at the group of people that was the only family he ever had. As nice as it was to see them again, it kind of also hurt a lot. He didn’t know if they were well or alive right now... Heck, he didn’t even know if they really ever existed in the first place. Either way though, they meant a lot to him, and it was weird for an old classmate of all people to see one part of one of the few precious memories he had.
Even though he was aware that the inventor surely had a ton of questions now, he decided to ask the first one. “How did ya get in here anyway? You react to what I say, unlike the others here, so my guess is that you’re the real deal, huh? Nee-heehee, of course you are! After all it seems we’re in one of my dreams, aaand it’s not like you’d ever get a role in one of my dreams!~”
