working on the sleep token creature designs, and my iv is octopus like (think davy jones). but also this duck did research at 2 am once about how octopods mate.

so four of IV's tentacles are hidden.. which including his hectocotylus. which im thinking of giving him two just for fun. and his other two tentacles are just there for comfort and to keep them safe.

Magic: the Gathering - Token Frame Evolution

Caught the very cool post from paperpariah showing the evolution of the token frame from (top left to bottom right) 1998, 2000, 2003, 2014 and the full frame version of the latest 2019 for Magic Core Set 2020.

The art for the new Zombie Army tokens made by the Amass ability in WAR reminds me a bit of the cover art for “The Trooper” by Iron Maiden, so I thought I’d put Eddie on yet another custom token. Going to print some of these off to take with me to the Prerelease!
