I think it’s time to post my first deck! This one I named “High School Blood Drive” due to the use of Blood Tokens. It is a vampire deck that uses Strefan, Maurer Progenitor (or The Devil Strahd reprint in my case) for the easy production of Blood tokens and casting of my vampire cards.
One thing to remember is that the creation of Blood tokens is whenever any player loses life and not just opponents or taking damage. Make sure to play life loss effects on both yourself and others to try to max out your Blood tokens.
Have fun rejecting your humanity! <3
Strefan, Maurer Progenitor - Commander deck (1) Commander • (2) Anthem • (3) Counters • (9) Drain • (12) Draw • (1) Finisher • (35) Land
Making salmonids as Mtg cards 4: rush event/glowflies
Don't stop playing mtg if you hate what it's becoming right now.
Let's start proxying the shit out of the old cards, (even the power nines, why not), and let wotc die broke ✨
They can't take the game from us, we have enough cards already to build decks till the end of times ✨
Random card shout out #1: haunting Apparition
We went to a couple of really special MTG events, the first being a pride event where they were giving out a pink guilded lotus for free, along with making every commander have partner for just that event! Very epix indeed :>
Then we went to a special archives draft and got first place! Yippeee!!! We got to choose a random collector coin and IMO Borkus lowk got the prettiest one- Force of Will!
Here's the wallpaper that comes with the coin, for anyone interested! It's Borkus' homescreen :>>>
And ya we play MTG commander, might post a bit more about it if anyone has interest in it loll
I never have played MTG in my life, but seeing it basically throw away decades of unique worldbuilding so that Wizards can make money off of cards of Chrisp Rat is so fucking depressing. Capitalism kills art.
