i just wanna say thank you for tagging the picture of my tattoo with nice things. it's been on three separate "ugly tattoo" blogs and for a while the only reason people were reblogging it was because of that, and while it doesn't bother me too much (because for the most part it's because they don't know what the crab nebula looks like), all the negativity was starting to get to me and it's just really really nice to have people appreciating it for a change of pace, so thank you :)

The maps are superb. Those little area-intros in the prologue are great.
As I've said, the prologue drags a bit, jumps around between a bunch of characters who we technically never see again, and is set in our boring old present day, though amidst a rising apocalyptic collapse so that's certainly not boring.
Then we get to the actual awesome far future and everything is more interesting and unusual and we meet the main cast.
